Delivery Terms

1. Shipping Methods
Delivery is carried out by Econt Express courier. You may choose delivery to a home or business address, or to an Econt office of your choice.
2. Order Processing Time
After payment is confirmed, each order enters production. The standard production time is 3–5 business days. During periods of high demand (holiday seasons) this may be longer — you will be notified by email.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Deliveries within Bulgaria: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Deliveries within the EU: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Deliveries outside the EU: 7–14 business days after dispatch (depending on customs clearance).
These are estimated times and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery on a specific date.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. The final shipping cost is displayed before payment.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to follow your parcel in real time on the Econt website.
6. Damaged Parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged in transit, please:
— Note the damage with the courier at the time of delivery.
— Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a description and photographs of the damage.
We will assist with a claim against the courier company and arrange a replacement or compensation.
7. Undelivered Parcels
If delivery is not possible (recipient absent, incorrect address), the parcel will be held at an Econt office for 5 business days. After this period it will be returned to us. In such cases, the cost of re-shipment is the Customer's responsibility.
