Terms and Conditions

1. Subject Matter
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between NETSHELL EOOD (hereinafter "Supplier") and individuals (hereinafter "Customer") who use the online shop gravir.pro to order and purchase products. By completing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read and unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions.
2. Orders and Payment
2.1. The Customer may place an order after registering and logging in to their account. An order is considered placed upon successful payment.
2.2. Prices are stated in euros (EUR) exclusive of VAT. NETSHELL EOOD is not VAT-registered and does not charge value-added tax.
2.3. Payment is made online by debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, or Google Pay through a certified payment intermediary. Cash on delivery is available only for orders delivered within Bulgaria.
2.4. NETSHELL EOOD reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a pricing error or inability to fulfil the order, in which case any amounts paid will be refunded in full.
3. Delivery
3.1. Delivery is made via courier to the address or courier office specified by the Customer.
3.2. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time within Bulgaria is 1–3 business days after dispatch; for international orders, 5–14 business days depending on the destination.
3.3. Risk of loss passes to the Customer at the moment the parcel is handed to the courier.
4. Right of Withdrawal
4.1. Customers qualifying as "consumers" under applicable consumer protection law have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
4.2. Important exception: the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to goods made to the consumer's specification or clearly personalised. Laser-engraved products incorporating a photo or text uploaded by the Customer are personalised goods and are excluded from the right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
4.3. The right of withdrawal may apply only to non-personalised goods (e.g. standard items without engraving), if such items are offered.
5. Complaints
5.1. A complaint regarding a defective or damaged product may be filed within 2 (two) years of receiving the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
5.2. In the case of a valid complaint, the Supplier will, at its discretion, offer: replacement of the product, free repair, or a refund of the amount paid.
5.3. Complaints should be submitted to the email address published on the website, accompanied by photographs of the defect and the order number.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any matters not addressed herein are subject to applicable Bulgarian civil and consumer protection law and relevant EU legislation. Disputes that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be referred to the competent court in Bulgaria.
